Rheological Analyses and Artificial Neural Network as Optimization Tools to Predict the Sensory Perception of Cosmetic Emulsions

Pharmaceutical, cosmetic and personal care products are mainly based on emulsions their rheological behavior can be a critical factor for successful use. Thus, analysis is promising tool, since the stability, sensory aspects processing parameters assessed. This work presents analyses of 39 samples use data obtained in tool artificial neural networks (ANN), order to predict performance emulsions. The storage (G’) loss (G”) moduli, yield stress thixotropy were measured experimentally used ANN model. correlation results simulations with tests performed consumers showed accuracy 60-84%. reported demonstrate that prediction perception offers very useful strategy further studies support development new less time.
